IOL Kearl Lake Expansion is a 55-module multi-story project in Imperial Oil’s Kearl Lake, North Sands Lodge, Alberta.
In partnership with Horizon North, NRB was responsible for the design, manufacture, transport, and site install of a 109-bed expansion at Imperial Oil’s Kearl Lake, North Sands Lodge. This multi-story project totaled to 55-modules and included: 3-story dorm with barrier free suites, 3-story corridor with elevators and enclosed stairwells, 1-story walkway with barrier free ramps, and a kitchen expansion.
The project was broken into three (3) sub-groups, by building type, to enable client design ideas to be incorporated while still achieving manufacturing lead times. We first designed and manufactured the dorm modules, followed by the corridor and walkway modules, and finally the kitchen expansion.
My Home Place is a supportive housing project in Dawson Creek. The project is a 3-storey, permanent modular building with 32 studio homes.
Oshawa Micro-Homes was developed by NRB Modular Solutions to provide temporary housing to those experiencing homelessness.
Charters Road Project is a 4-storey housing project offering 75 units of multi family housing with a mix of apartment style suites.
