We’re on a mission to show the world there’s a better way to build – and that way is modular. If you’re interested in being a part of real industry change, check out some of our exciting opportunities below.
Why NRB?
Push the boundaries.
We are entrepreneurial and innovative, and we welcome team members who are willing to push the building envelope and try something new. We’re all passionate about improving the way the world builds, and we work together in challenging conventions to provide more value to our clients.
Be a part of something meaningful.
We’re so excited to be at the forefront of—and oftentimes, leading—important industry change. The work we do today will be a part of our ecosystems for decades to come, and we feel a responsibility to do good for our planet and our people.
A long history of success.
We’re one of the oldest modular building companies in the country, and have been a part of some of the most important modular building projects in Canada. That means you’ll be in the mix of all the exciting projects and developments in the future.
Work and life, balanced.
We take great pride in the work we do, but we make time to unwind, too. NRB teams regularly get together for team-building events, group lunches and learning sessions. We also provide support to WFH or work entirely remotely if needed, too.

Our values
Accountability
We don't just walk by. We own our successes and setbacks. If we see something wrong, we act to resolve it. If we see something right, we celebrate it.
Diversity
Everyone has a voice. Sharing is how we learn. It's how we make progress and move forward as a team.
Trust
Our actions speak louder than our words. Trust is earned through clarity, compassion and competence. It is our commitment to our clients, our colleagues and our communities.
Partnership
Service is what we sell. By asking for, listening to and acting on client feedback, we create long-term, successful partnerships.
